Marco Timpano is a winner of the Canadian Comedy Award (CCA) for his show One Woman Show.  Also winner of Best Sleep Podcast (Tuck.com), his podcast "The Insomnia Project" and his other podcasts have been shortlisted for national and international awards.  He was an invited keynote speaker on Digital Literacy (Waterloo Public Library Fundraiser) for his work in podcasting.  There is no stopping Marco, Creative Director of Drumcast Productions, on his journey in Canadian media.

Marco has graced the big screen as WGCN Reporter telling the world that Batman's cohort Robin in dead on TITANS (HBO Max), in the award-winning thriller Beast Within as the memorable tech and werewolf expert "Stan," who has a gruesome run in with Colm Feore that neither of them will forget.  You can also catch him crashing a plane as a pilot in this season of May Day (Discovery).

With 4 successful podcasts, Marco wastes no time creating content that fans love.  "The Insomnia Project" has been helping insomniacs like himself find their way to blissful sleep since 2014.  He teamed up with CBC's Canada Reads host Ali Hassan to bring "This Podcast is Delicious" to podcasts fans who appreciate some humour and their deep dives in the culinary world of food and drink.  His third podcast is for those who dream of travel or are avid globetrotters; it's a ten-minute comedic, travel-challenge called, "Every Place Is The Same", hosted by Daniela Vlaskalic and directed and produced by Timpano.  The podcast proves the impossible theory that every single place in the world is exactly the same, and it ultimately proves that we are all more similar than we are different.  Teaming with podcasters Bil Antoniou and Amanda Barker, Timpano has created a podcast that highlights the famous and infamous personalities born on each day on this daily podcast cleverly called "Born On This Day Podcast".

In his book 25 Things I Wish I Knew Before I Started My Podcast became essential reading for anyone venturing into the world of podcasting.  Marco was a senior writer on the nationally-syndicated television comedy series, Out there, with Melissa Di Marco. Not stopping there, he created the digital web series, Vito's Basement, which garnered a cult following. Together with his wife Amanda Barker
, he has written the animated short film, Harper Puppet Pals.

You gotta give Marco a hand --well, not really-- among his talents, "Hand Model" is the one that surprises people the most and yes, he has seen that episode of Seinfeld.
